Zion National Park does not permit any low altitude passenger tour aircraft to fly directly over the park, instead you will enjoy stunning views looking into the park from the perimeter.
Please note that the maximum weight limit for any single passenger is 375 pounds / 170 Kilos. Passengers over this weight will regrettably not be able to fly.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (114 kg/ 17.9 st) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
This tour requires a minimum of (5) five passengers to operate. If the minimum number of passengers has not been met, you will be offered an alternate date / time or a full refund.
Lap children are considered infants under the age of two (2) years. Proof of age is required at the time of checkin. Children two (2) years and above must purchase a seat at the applicable retail price.

The pilot was very good and very informative. The only negative point is that the back window of the helicopter has a limited view, and with 4 people in the back, the people in the center seats do not have a clear view.

We enjoyed our aerial tour of Zion area courtesy of Zion Helicopters. Our departure was slightly delayed, but any impatience we might have experienced was quickly mollified by the free glass of champagne we were offered. We enjoyed excellent weather for our flight, and we were awed by Zion’s rugged beauty – which is uncharacteristically green this year, thanks to abundant rain and snow last winter. We liked the cocky attitude of our pilot Jordan, (you definitely don’t want someone nervous and hesitant flying you over mile-high mountains), and we felt completely safe with him at the helm. Strongly recommended.
