Zion National Park does not permit any low altitude passenger tour aircraft to fly directly over the park, instead you will enjoy stunning views looking into the park from the perimeter.
Please note that the maximum weight limit for any single passenger is 375 pounds / 170 Kilos. Passengers over this weight will regrettably not be able to fly.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (114 kg/ 17.9 st) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
This tour requires a minimum of (5) five passengers to operate. If the minimum number of passengers has not been met, you will be offered an alternate date / time or a full refund.
Lap children are considered infants under the age of two (2) years. Proof of age is required at the time of checkin. Children two (2) years and above must purchase a seat at the applicable retail price.

My husband and I recently went on a 100 mile Canaan Cliff Tour with a landing on a Butte. Our pilot, Alex, was excellent. There were high winds that day so a few minutes before our flight he went up and checked how the winds affected the helicopter's performance. Because he's flown Zion many times, he changed our flight path so that we could still go and yet be safe. I cannot find adequate words to describe our experience. For anyone that loves to fly, or longs to, it's a dream come true. Seeing the world as a bird sees it, especially landing on the Butte and walking around suspended high up in the air where only a bird could land was breath taking. The sun was setting and reflecting off the cliffs while I heard nothing but the breeze and my footsteps in the sand. I wished I could have stopped time. A helicopter ride is a MUST to see the entire beauty of Zion and this company does it well.

We took the 100 mile tour. Four of us - two in front and two in the back seats (one at each window. Each of us could see well. Helicopters are not allowed in Zion Canyon, but the trip around the area showed plenty. We recommend the bluff experience - 15+ minutes with a fine view.

Amazing experience! Great communication from company during booking as well as leading up to our flight. We lucked out & got a free upgrade for a landing on the nearby butte (our flight ended up beig a half hour earlier, but this wasn't a big deal). The views during the flight & from the butte were incredible. It gave us a new perspective of Zion (versus our more limited exposure to the park on the ground). Now i wish we had been able to experience other national parks by air as well.
