Get a nice photo of the historic Queen Mary as we pass by on our way out of the harbor!

From the harbor we are afforded and amazing view of the Long Beach waterfront, skyline and the famous whale mural by Wyland!

Korean Bell of Friendship

From the ocean below, a keen observer can see the great bell on the cliffs above!

Great outing !! Had a close up with the dolphins and sea lions. Received interesting knowledge of the coastline and of our ocean life. Captain Steve made us comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend SoCal Whale Watching. I will surely plan another trip. Thank you Captain Steve for your service.

We had a fantastic morning with Captain Steve. First, we did not see a whale but he sure did try! This did not spoil our experience at all as it was our first time doing anything like this. Sure we were a little disappointed but we did see all kinds of birds, sea lions, harbour seals, many common and bottlenose dolphins, and several sun fish. The boat was comfortable for our family of 4 (2 kids between 6 and 10) and being low to the water was amazing when the dolphins approached the boat. My kids loved having room to move around safely and being able to see all sides of the boat and surrounding water really enhanced the experience with the marine life. The boat was as smooth as one can imagine out on the open water and our family that sometimes suffers from motion sickness were fine with the help of a gravol. The captain answered our questions and gave us great information - you can tell he has a lot of passion and experience for what he does. I highly recommend this company and your - thank you and good luck!

This was a great experience for my daughter (11 y/o) and me. Our guide Steve was amazing—we felt comfortable, safe (it was our first time on the water), and he was very knowledgeable. We got to see grey whales before they migrated, who put on quite a show for us, btw. Make sure you check in at dock 3, not 1, which is where the Aquarium employees stationed outside will send you. Dock 1 is another company. I highly recommend Premier! We’ll be back soon to see the blue whales this season, for sure!
