USE THIS GROUP FOR A MONUMENT VALLEY TOUR. You won't be sorry. We had scheduled a tour for three of us but when we got to The View hotel where we were staying all around us were people getting into seats bolted into the beds of pick up trucks for the various tours. First of all, you sure would bounce around alot in those. The're wide open to the elements. Also I have severe arthritis in my legs and wouldn't have been able to get up the two metal-rung stairs into them. So assuming Dineh Bekeyah (I think Dineh might mean "the people") was one of these trucks I called them the next morning with the intention of canceling. They told me they would send Joseph over with an SUV (like in picture above). And what a wonderful time we had. The weather was great and Joseph was a Navajo who was funny and friendly. He explained alot about the Navajo culture, what life is like in the valley, taught us some Navajo words and even sang a Navajo song for us! The ride was comfortable and you know how sometimes you do something on a vacation and it's one of your best memories? Well this was. If we go up to Monument Valley again (which I'm sure we will because it's incredible) we will definitely use this place again. We've been telling all of our friends about them. Our actual visit was family with adult children. Our thank you to Joseph and darn - I've already forgotten the Navajo for thank you and good bye so I guess we'll have to come back soon..

Me and my wife woke up early in the morning at the View Hotel and hire the tour at the parking lot, amazing experience. Way more than expected, our guide Tonny or Tonie (not sure about the spelling) took us to some fabulous rock formations, caves and perfect picture spots; also sharing navajo's history, plants, ancient painting on the rock walls, tales, even singing and playing the drum. Very inspiring. Can't ask for any better tour.

My husband and I so enjoyed this tour! We booked our tour two days prior with no problem. Our guide, Joseph was right on schedule and to our surprise, we were the only ones on this 11:00 am tour. Other tour company vehicles we saw were jam packed. The scenery was breathtaking and Joseph was very knowledgeable and courteous, answering our questions and even taking pictures of the two of us. We highly recommend Dineh Bekeyah Tours.
