We had a 2,5hr tour in the afternoon (2pm) and what a beautiful experience it was! During this tour, we saw all the highlights of the park, but were also taken to special places where you would not go to during shorter tours or not allowed to go to when driving yourself. We even went to see a true hogan and were allowed to enter it. Our guide was Comasheena and she was just amazing! Being a true native, having lived in Monument Valley herself, she was able to share stories and learn us about the culture. It was really inspiring. What was really a unique experience was when she took us to a cave that does serve as a kind of 'theatre' in which she sang a song for us. It was a great tour, really one of the highlights of our holiday and we would definitely recommend it!

Our tour guide was John, and we ended up being his only customers . He shared folklore and facts all the way through . We ended up seeing so much more than we expected. He played his flute for us in a cave area where it echoed and danced in the rocks. (He also taught us some new settings on our iPhones) ! What a great tour guide and overall experience

John was an excellent guide. He gave us a great insight to the Navajo peoples. A throughly enjoyable adventure. I look forward to returning.
