Our trip to Niagara left a lot to be desired. on arriving at Grand Central Station to meet our guide and coach there was utter confusion. Ā No one knew which bus was ours and we were then directed to a coach on which our luggage should be loaded. This we did only to be told it was not our bus. Ā By this time it was raining and we were directed to another street where the correct coach was waiting. Ā We left 30 minutes late. Ā

Our booking form stated that our guide would be English ours was not although he did speak English. Ā Without going into too much detail he rushed through each commentary with very few facts interspersed with inappropriate films as there were young children on board. Ā One film froze when our guide by this time was asleep and did not wake for nearly 90 mins. Ā

We were left to walk down down Watkins Glen totally unprepared and on our own.

He changed the order of our itinerary which meant we did not arrive at our hotel until 10 pm and after checking in and told we should most of the restaurants were closed. Ā Having been told that we could use the pool and sauna this was not possible due to our late arrival and early start on the second day. Ā Luckily the natural beauty and spectacle of the falls was not diminished by your person. Finally we were not given enough time at the lunch stops but were given too much time at the clothing outlet. Ā The final straw was to be asked to tip him and the driver 10 dollars each. I hope this account will be published un doctored in your reviews.

I would not do this tour with this company again. Please tell people the truth about this tour company. The bus driver was good and the tour guide did a decent job, but I still would never do this again. I can't tell you how upset my family and I are with this tour company. Had to give it a 1 star rating but should be no star

I found the trip to be a very long drive with some pointless stops. On the way to the falls, our bus broke down and we had to change buses so we stopped at Mcdonalds of all places, I mean i didnt travel all that way just to go to Mcdonalds! From then onwards, the journey was long, the tour guide didnt interact much with the passengers, although the other tour guide who was speaking italian seemed to provide more information than the english speaking tour guide. He was very grumpy as well. I thought the point of these tours were to enjoy the culture and scenery, however that is not what happened. I enjoyed the falls when we got there but was disappointed in the journey and tour guide. I was even more annoyed when the tour guide told us we had to tip the driver and himself. there was no way i was being told to tip someone when i didnt believe they had performed their job well!!
