Maid of the Mist is available from mid-May until mid-October. Please have in mind that the start of the summer season is subject to weather conditions.
Hotel Accommodations: Ramada by Wyndham Hotel or for travelers that must remain in the US, Comfort Inn “The Pointe” or similar. Please note specific hotels mentioned not guaranteed

On our tours we use a wide variety of attractions which all have different policies regarding Covid 19. In order to enjoy the full experience of the tour it is recommended to bring a face covering as it may be required for entry at certain locations.
All passengers are required to have proper identification when entering or leaving the United States. For entry to Canada, it is the passenger’s responsibility to make sure in advance that visa requirements are met
Passengers without the proper travel documents to cross and enter Canada can still join this tour. In such event, the passenger will remain at the hotel on the United States side of the Falls and will not join any part of the tour that will take place in the Canadian territory. You will be able to join the boat ride on the Maid of the Mist as this departs from the American side of the Falls. You will get to see the American Falls and the Canadian Falls from the boat. During the winter months, when the Maid of the Mist is not operating, you will be able to walk to the Falls on your own. There are no substitute attractions on the America side of the Falls. Outlet shopping is located on the American side and does not require a Canadian visa or passport

What To Expect

Watkins Glen State Park

SUMMER ITINERARY : We depart from the Big Apple heading north where we will pass the beautiful Delaware Water Gap to Watkins Glen State Park in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. Walk through Watkins Glen Canyon to visit the beautiful waterfalls and then continue to Niagara Falls passing Seneca Lake, arriving in the late afternoon .

WINTER ITINERARY goes to Montour Falls instead of Watkins Glen State Park

Niagara Falls State Park

Tour the US side of Niagara including the American Falls, Goat Island and Luna Island.

Niagara Falls

For travelers interested in crossing to Canada, they will now cross the border while those that stay on the American side with have free time to enjoy the falls before both sides see the evenings amazing light show known as the Illuminated falls. After this everyone will have free time in the evening to enjoy the local attractions before returning to the American side for the night.

Niagara Falls State Park

Leaving the hotel, hear the thundering water of Niagara Falls. See the magnificent Horseshoe Falls up close and experience the power aboard the Maid of the Mist (May-October). During winter until April when the Maid of the Mist is closed we tour the Power Vista Hydro-Electric Station and the Cave of the Winds.

The Crossings Premium Outlets

At noon we depart south to New York State. On the way to New York, enjoy a shopping excursion at one of the large outlet malls along the way (Crossings Premium Outlets or Waterloo Premium Outlets), find your own bargain with brand name stores for less. Evening return to New York.

The programs is good but bad management ever!. Guid and travel companion ALWAYS late. Very annoying.

Most memorable experience Being sat on the coach first for 30 minutes as a couple were stood around the corner not in correct place. Followed by 1 and a half hours waiting at the border for people to sort there ArriveCAN out. Clearly states this should be done before. The guide in helping them robbed us of seeing the Canadian side in daylight. Then to top it off 4 people wandered off delaying us further then joked when they got on. 7 people of the trip were either just ignorant and inconsiderate or also stupid. Paid a lot of money constantly waiting for the same people guide should of sorted this. Driver was spot on and also annoyed, falls and maid of the mist spectacular. Also Wi-Fi didn’t work at all costing us data. Missed viewpoint on Canadian side as well due to woman getting up late then still having breakfast as everyone was leaving as we all waited for her. Not enough time unless you have a strict guide ruined the trip for the majority. Also had the cheek to ask for $40 dollars per couple tip. Feel sorry for the driver as he was perfect. Guide did give good information etc but doesn’t make up for time management and not dealing with persistent selfish guests no doubt tip related why he didn’t.
