Enjoy a unique kayaking experience on this Small-Group Guided Glass Bottom Kayak Eco Tour of Rock Springs in Florida. Begin your tour with a quick tutorial on basic paddle instructions and information about the tour ahead. Your kayak tour will last approximately 2 to 2.5-hours depending on the speed of our group and any wildlife we may see along the way. There will be plenty of opportunities to stop and take pictures at several of the picturesque stopping points along the way (there will even be a couple chances for you to get out and enjoy the refreshing Spring water!) The first half of the paddle will be upstream towards the headspring of Rock Springs and the second half will be a gentle coast back to our launch point. Be ready to learn unique facts about the area and spot the local nature and wildlife along the way. Animals you may see: turtles, birds, fish, otters, deer, alligators, and more!

Weight Restriction: 425 pounds per boat (two guests) and no more than 250 pounds per seat (individual)
For every minor participating, there needs to be an adult to accompany them within the kayak. Children must be at least 3yrs old to participate.
Each of our kayaks are tandem (made for 2 paddlers). However, the seats are removable and if you have an odd number of paddlers in your party we are able to accommodate the kayak as a single. Keep in mind, the same 250 pound PER person weight limit still applies even if taking a kayak as a single.

We agree to practice social distancing. Please keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet from guests in another party. We commit to not pair you with a guest from another party and to perform enhanced cleaning measures in between tours.

What To Expect

Rock Springs Run

We will start the tour at King's Landing and paddle into a unique part of Rock Springs Run known as "Emerald Cut". This portion of the waterway is a beautiful greenish/blue tint with tree canopies overhead. There's a hidden jump platform that we allow guests to take a leap from if they choose.

Daniel took us out today on our tour! Kayaks in great shape and loved that I never felt like I would tip over. Great at helping to get in and out of kayak and offer to take pictures at the various stops. The springs were beautiful!

This was a worthwhile trip. We had a group of 10 with 2 guides, Ashley and Daniel. The river is beautiful and both guides were attentive and helpful but not intrusive. Ashley’s knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience especially memorable. The only real downside was that there was heavy traffic on the river.

My boyfriend and I did this activity for the 1st time together and we had soo much fun! We had some great laughs, made beautiful memories, and had the best tour guide & group! Ashley kept it light and silly the whole time. She brought us to the areas where we could relax, and enjoy nature & the water. 10/10 experience! Definitely would love to come back :)
