Mike( aka captain Segway ) was exactly what we were looking for! The price was right. We had never ridden a Segway and were quite comfortable within minutes!!! We had experienced riders with us as well and they loved it also…. The only downside is the address on the website takes you to the building NEXT to the Segway shop. Limited signage. BUT we’ll worth it.

Fabulous way to see sites in Chicago! The tour guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. It was Marathon Sunday and he made sure that didn't impact our experience at all -- we went an alternative route that was fabulous. Segway was easy to "drive", we covered a lot of ground. Very enjoyable.
