Or take our Riverwalk tour to explore the Chicago River to view Navy Pier and famous Chicago bridges, traveling up historic Michigan Avenue and passing by Millennium Park. I was planning an outing for my 12 year old daughter for her birthday, but forgot to make the reservation. I called and left a message two days prior. They called back the next day but said they were booked for the day I wanted to go. I pleaded my case and they checked with the tour guide and they agreed to take 2 extra! SO glad they did! My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Casey was and EXCELLENT tour guide, just the right amount of info and just free ride time. The tour was long enough that we didn't feel like it ended too soon or lasted to long. My daughter couldn't wait for her younger brother to be old enough next year so the whole FAMILY can go!

My experience was great (except the address was hard to find-- they need better signage outside). Rachel was our instructor/guide, and did a great job in getting us prepared, and we had a safe and enjoyable tour. I'd recommend this outfit. They were friendly, and seem to be pretty experienced in the Segway business.

Please for the love of donuts do not go to any other Segway tour in Chicago. The workers and tour guides were incredible. We had Eric and he was incredibly knowledgeable and yet still so easy to talk to and ride around with. The locations that we visited were so cool and I learned stuff about this city that I never knew before and I’ve lived here for over 5 years! If you go with a different company you are making a big mistake. Segway Experience Chicago or bust!
