Although it was cold and rainy, the trip was very nice. The crew were very nice, and friendly. It went for the promised 2 hrs, and covered a lot of the Portland skyline. We didn't go upstairs to hear the narration, but we enjoyed it very much. Lunch offered several options, and although the beef was tough, it was very tasty. It's a lovely ride, and I highly recommend it!!

The service was exceptional, the food was very good. The vessel was clean and organized well with plenty of space between tables. Definitely would recommend this cruise.

We enjoyed the cruise and they put me in a wheelchair to take me down and bring me up. They were very helpful. But the service at our table was lacking air waitress did not ask if we want to dessert and did not ask for refill of our coffee. We had to ask someone else for refill. We would not ask if we wanted to buy our pictures of the cruise. My daughter asked two times and finally she had to go up at the very end to get our pictures. I've had very good reviews in the past but this one did not impress us at all. Besides that I enjoyed being with my family and it was a very special occasion for us as it was my 65th birthday and I paid good money so my family could go and to have this happen was very discouraging. In the past I've been able to buy the picture and dessert and drink online but this time it was not offer online.
