Everything is good if you are willing to pay a lot of money! They will take a photo from you while you are entering the ship but it will cost you $15 so be prepared for an extra 30% for tips, drinks, desserts, and photos! It's an expensive lunch and will be even more expensive as soon as you enter the ship!

If you decide to come on board and not purchase anything extra, there is no additional price unless you would like to leave a tip. We do not charge gratuity upfront because we want you to be able to give what you feel the service was worth. Our operating costs are very high, we have many expenses that a normal restaurant would not have. Over 50% of your ticket price goes to the cruise itself. Please understand we keep our prices as low as possible. -Aaron

Was a very good sit down luncheon, which included a piano player. We had our own personal waitress that made us feel special. After lunch we sat up top on the upper deck and enjoyed awesome views of the city. Cruise lasted 2 hours! Great trip!

The 2 hour lunch cruise is combined with the sightseeing cruise. I chose the sightseeing option for $32 w/ a $5 landing fee added. It was well worth the cost for a 2 hour narrated cruise down the Willamette River. Frankly, it was nice to be able to walk the upper deck and enjoy the most out of the cruise. Just be sure to take a jacket because it can get chilly if there is a breeze. They will try to accommodate you in the lower deck where they serve lunch. They will also let you go in the captain's cabin later in the cruise so that was pretty cool. The Portland Spirit is in the heart of downtown. It was a brisk 15 minute walk from the Saturday Market down by the waterfront and well worth the walk just to take in the view from the water. I didn't book the cruise before and you can just do it as a walk on by paying when you enter the ship. You should check it out if you can, especially if you are new to Portland (like me!).
