Overview

Our Marco Island Sightseeing and Shelling Tour departs from the Goodland Boat Park, in Goodland, FL. On our two hour ecotour you will experience one of the most popular adventures we are known for, we will take you for an exciting and scenic cruise through the Ten Thousand Islands, where our Captains and Guides will provide information about the ecology of this unique ecosystem. After cruising through the mangrove islands, we will stop on a private beach in search of the most exotic tropical sea shells that the Gulf coast is known for. This is a very informational adventure that will keep small children and adults engaged the whole time.

Please note: Everyone in your party must sign the electronic waiver located on your voucher before arriving to your Boat Tour.

What To Expect

Goodland Boating Park

ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. We depart from the Goodland Boat Park located at 740 Palm Point Dr, Goodland, FL 34140. This location includes a 5.22 acre park, restrooms, concessions for sale from sunscreen to food and allows easy access to the the Ten Thousand Islands and Gulf of Mexico.

My husband and I agreed this was the best $55/person we have spent in a long time! Captain Andrew and Alec were very friendly and accommodating. We saw several pods of dolphins and Andrew went out of his way to try and get the dolphins to play in the boats wake. So fun watching the dolphins jump inches from the boat!! The shelling was the best we have experienced after being on Sanibel beaches the past few days. Would love to do this again!

We really enjoyed this tour! Captains Andrew and Chris did a wonderful job of providing much historical information of the area. We saw dolphins, manatees, the dome houses, and picked up many interesting sea shells and also learned a lot about those. Definitely recommend!

My party and I (three adults total) took the shelling tour and we could not have had a better time! Captain Andrew made our first Marco tour experience very enjoyable, dropping local knowledge on us while also allowing us quiet time to take in the local scenery. We may not have seen any dolphins (more symptomatic of the time of year than anything else), the scenery was gorgeous and the shelling beach was pristine and full of the promised shells. We will definitely do something like this again in the future and would consider taking even longer trips to further enjoy the beauty of Marco Island. Florida Adventures and Rentals is highly recommended.
