Overview

Our Marco Island Sightseeing and Shelling Tour departs from the Goodland Boat Park, in Goodland, FL. On our two hour ecotour you will experience one of the most popular adventures we are known for, we will take you for an exciting and scenic cruise through the Ten Thousand Islands, where our Captains and Guides will provide information about the ecology of this unique ecosystem. After cruising through the mangrove islands, we will stop on a private beach in search of the most exotic tropical sea shells that the Gulf coast is known for. This is a very informational adventure that will keep small children and adults engaged the whole time.

Please note: Everyone in your party must sign the electronic waiver located on your voucher before arriving to your Boat Tour.

What To Expect

Goodland Boating Park

ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. We depart from the Goodland Boat Park located at 740 Palm Point Dr, Goodland, FL 34140. This location includes a 5.22 acre park, restrooms, concessions for sale from sunscreen to food and allows easy access to the the Ten Thousand Islands and Gulf of Mexico.

This trip was so much fun and great experience for our family. Tyler doesn’t just love his job, he loves his island and protecting the estuary. We learned a lot from him. Christine was an excellent captain and guide. They were both extremely knowledgeable on the shells and took time to show us unique shells and what to look for in our own hunt. We saw dolphins on the way out to the island and the way in. Again very knowledgeable about the wildlife and waterways. We came home with great shells and it will be the highlight of our trip. Worth every penny!

This was the best part of our trip! We had a great time looking for shells and watching the dolphins play - it was perfect! And Captain Colleen and Captain Jessica couldn’t have been better hosts. They were friendly and fun and INSANELY knowledgeable about everything from the island to the habitat to each individual shell. We learned so much and the kids enjoyed it too! HIGHLY recommend.

We went on 2 excursions and both adventures exceeded our expectations on all accounts, most important I highly recommend requesting Captain Marco, as he made both trips a blast! Dolphins, birds, shells, education and laughter. I was looking to check out from it all and thats was was delivered. Due to the weather conditions from hurricane Nicole that weekend we were going to have to cancel one of the trips but managed to keep and it was in most part because of Marco himself we wanted to go back.
