Guide never showed up so our group members applied for a full refund. Calls we made to guide went to his full mailbox, no way to reach him as we all stood at the meeting spot waiting for more than a half hour. So disappointing.

Tour guide never showed and had to ask for refund… can’t really evaluate properly however trip advisor customer service was good.

No one showed to take me on the tour. The information said to meet at the corner across from the Hagen Dazs ice cream store. I went into the ice cream store at 11:10 (tour was to start at 11:30) and watched to see if the photographer showed up at the corner (I had a direct view since I was sitting at a small table in Hagen Dazs). I went across the street at 11:28 and waited. However, no one showed up. I waited until almost noon but then read that the tour started at promptly 11:30 and figured that since no one showed up by 11:50, then no one was going to show up. This was a total waste of money. I ended up doing my own tour on my own.
