This photo class, and tour, is a unique experience in and around Santa Fe. Professional photographer David has been a Santa Fe resident for more than 30 years. Bring your digital camera, smartphone, or both. This photo class/tour is a great place to start here in Santa Fe. You will learn composition, portraiture, landscape photography, lowlight, camera functions, and lots more. This 2- hour photo-class/tour will be a fun and insightful photographic learning experience for you while getting to know Santa Fe. Photo editing with Snapseed will be part of the instructions.
David knows all the best places to photograph in and around Santa Fe as well as being able to help travelers with questions regarding local restaurants, cultural activities, hiking, etc.

I have had 5 vaccinations and now that the Covid rules are being lifted I feel all taking the tour will be safe. We are always outside in the open air. Participants should feel free to bring and wear masks.

If you enjoy taking photos this is a life skill you need. David was such an amazing teacher. We learned so much in 2 hours. We learned to slow down and compose our photos. We now take photos with renewed perspective and enthusiasm. Then the photo editing! Mind blown! No more dead photos ever again! Thank you David!

This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Santa Fe. David is a patient and knowledgeable teacher of photography, and I learned so much form him in our short time together. I appreciated his explanations of the features of Santa Fe architecture and how to use those feature for maximum impact. He also took time to teach portraiture photography and introduce an easy-to-use editing app that I will be using from this point forward.
