This photo class, and tour, is a unique experience in and around Santa Fe. Professional photographer David has been a Santa Fe resident for more than 30 years. Bring your digital camera, smartphone, or both. This photo class/tour is a great place to start here in Santa Fe. You will learn composition, portraiture, landscape photography, lowlight, camera functions, and lots more. This 2- hour photo-class/tour will be a fun and insightful photographic learning experience for you while getting to know Santa Fe. Photo editing with Snapseed will be part of the instructions.
David knows all the best places to photograph in and around Santa Fe as well as being able to help travelers with questions regarding local restaurants, cultural activities, hiking, etc.

In a word, David was terrific. Thought provoking. Very sure of his skills and style. A fabulous photographer and artist in his own right. He was patient and through his teaching has made me realize a number of things about photography I need to think about and use all the time. And I now do!

We attended David's two-hour photography class where we dove into essential aspects of photography like composition, optimal positioning for shots, mindfulness during photo-taking, and using Snapseed for editing. David's guidance was thoughtful and invaluable as he walked us through these fundamentals of great photography. His expertise and patience made the learning experience both enjoyable and productive. We're already thinking of next year and another class with David. Highly recommended!
