Here, you take the gravel path up through the vineyards to the Tuscan farmhouse at Alcantara Vineyards for your wine tasting delight

Perfect kayaking experience for the newbie. We had a blast and laughed our way down the river. The guides were fantastic. The winery experience was a bit unorganized but the people were great. Overall we thought this to be worth it though!

We did the water to wine tour with exclusive wine luncheon with wine maker Ron Brinkley, and it was incredible (one Sunday a month only, though)! The water tour was super fun and safe, and the wine luncheon was educational and a wonderful learning and wine tasting experience. Did this for my boyfriendā€™s birthday and he loved it.

Verde river was great.... However, you pay a good price and there was 1 person there that drove us to the departure site for kayaks and then we were sent on our way. We had no guide with us, and no one to tell us where to go. When we got to the end, there was literally no one around to help us get the kayaks out of the water like promised and no one there at the end period. They preach about tipping and how they rely on the tips, but the obviously do nothing to earn them. Also, this was a water to wine tour, and no where does is say that you only get a $20 credit at the winery when you're done, theres no wine tasting involved in your verde river adventure. It says its a 4hr kayak trip lol We were done in 1hr and half... Would not recommend them to anyone, and wont be coming back them. You are better off bringing your own kayak, if you have one, and doing it yourself.
