To redeem you must have proof of ID. When redeemed you will receive a $25 play card from Arcade City Pigeon Forge. All money and tickets will be loaded onto your card. All play cards are nonrefundable.

I had a blast playing games. They helped me out very quickly when something was wrong and didn’t give any attitude what so ever. Thanks to the amazing staff I had a blast and a smooth trip playing all the amazing arcade games. It’s a must go to if here on a trip.

Kids loved the games, clean and well kept environment. Parents enjoyed some fun also. Like the play cards instead of tickets to lose.
