Overview
We make it easy to see it all in one day! Relax on the coach as the driver guide narrates while you enjoy the beauty of Turnagain Arm. Seeing the glaciers up close Thrilling Rainy weather and cold made it challenging. Could have used windshield wipers on the inside and out.

This tour was a fun packed adventure. We boarded a comfortable Coach in Anchorage that drove us to the boat in Whittier. The beautiful bus ride was under 2 hours and the driver stopped along the way to point out whales, spawning salmon, narrow tunnels and glaciers. When we arrived at the dock the boats were waiting for us. All of the seats are preassigned. Try and get a window seat away from the doors when you book your ticket. I preferred sitting on the lower deck so I could easily walk outside to see all of the breath taking views. We saw otters, seals, birds, waterfalls and AMAZING glaciers. They even scooped up some of the glacier ice and made us all drinks. I would recommend that you take the 5 hour tour. Your day goes really fast and you will see a lot more than on the shorter tour. They have a snack bar and drinks on board but I would recommend you pack a lunch if you want to eat healthy. It was a memorable day and a highlight of our trip.
