3/4 Day Kona Sportfishing Charter

Overview

On a 3/4 day charter we'll be able to cover more ground in order to land that fish of a lifetime. We can troll for trophy marlin, tuna, wahoo, mahi mahi or we can search for the school and drop bait for dinner. A six hour charter gives us time to do both. Kona is a world class fishing destination that is second to none. A quality fish can be hooked up year round. The water is relatively calm compared to other fishing destinations. During the winter months we get the added bonus of viewing humpback whales on our fishing charters. If you come to Kona, fishing is a must do activity. Our 3/4 day charters are family friendly with the option to snorkel if desired. We have the gear onboard for little ones too.

It never happened. We were at the dock waiting for a crew and a captain, being so excited for the first fishing trip in Hawaii. They never showed up. At 6:30 am we started calling the numbers. After 3-4 different numbers calls, we were so disappointed, because nobody answered us. Then, at 7 am we got a call from the captain, telling that agents from Viator.com were not supposed to book this trip, because his boat is in repair. He didn’t know anything about the payment or the refund. We want the full refund from this horrible experience

We had an excellent time with our 2 boys. We had never been fishing like this before and Capt Brent did a great job of guiding us and making sure we had a fun day. We caught a 45 lb Ono and stopped off for some snorkeling. He gave us lots of helpful information about the island and it was time well spent on our vacation. Thanks you! 🤙

The crew was friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the fish were not biting. Sportfishing is probably more enjoyable for people who are patient. My kids enjoyed bottom fishing with a smaller rod and reel better than sport fishing. There was more frequent interaction for them. Would definitely try again.
