We did this as a shore excursion. Oddly enough it was raining on us in the rainforest. It's an easy out-and-back walk on a paved trail. Our destination was a waterfall, which turns out to be more of a whitewater section of a brook. Our guide stopped often on the way out to discuss various trees and plants, not so much on the way back. We saw no wildlife except for banana slugs. Our guide led by tending to walk away from us. I don't know if she was setting a pace or what. Despite this, she was knowledgeable and friendly.
