So this might not be the plushest vessel on offer in the bay (still totally fine/facilities clean) but the staff/crew are the friendliest and know where to go. They were engaging to the adults and kids alike, checking if they were having a good time. They gave interesting commentary on what we were looking at/for. We saw loads of different whales feeding and breaching. They told you where to stand on the boat for the best views. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Whale watching is a must in the area & this firm runs a smooth operation with very friendly and professional crew . Jack was in charge of making the customers safe & comfortable which he excelled at . The naturalist was experienced & friendly . The ride back was very bumpy / choppy & my husband got sea sick . A few whales were seen . We felt safe & comfortable with a professional team . Would recommend them . lina

On the way to our 5pm sunset whale watch we ended up being in a lot of traffic and missing it. As we are from the UK we wasn’t able to ring to pre warn them. Once we got to our hotel we rang the company and explained the situation and luckily the lady said we was able to go on the morning trip the next day for an extra $10 to which we was very grateful. On return to the UK I found a voicemail from the company stating that they had to cancel our 5pm trip anyway as there wasn’t enough people for the trip and that we would be able to go the next morning FREE OF CHARGE. It’s not the money it’s the principle that they made out they were doing us a favour when in fact they wasn’t. We ended up on a very choppy pact boat only seeing 1 whale in the distance. Not for the sensitive stomachs. I toke 2 sickness motion tablets and still felt very sick.
