Each tour is lead by an experienced Navajo guide, who is certified by the Navajo Nation Parks & Recreation Dept. and National Park Service. Each and everyone of our guides was born and raised in this Canyon De Chelly area, allowing them to gain a vast knowledge of its history to share with all our guests who visit this place we call home. As well as learning about the canyon's rich history, rock art sites and other archeological sites, you will hear stories and tales of life in the canyon and get a chance to visit our guide's families who still weave, farm, ranch, and continue to live a traditional Navajo lifestyle in this rural part of the southwest. What To Expect

Canyon de Chelly National Monument

Our guided 4x4 tours into Canyon De Chelly National Monument will be lead by experienced and seasoned guides. On your trip, you will visit many archeological sites that include cliff dwellings of the Ancestral Pueblo, rock art panels (both pictograph and petroglyphs) from all past and present inhabitants of Canyon De Chelly, and other historical sites. There will also be many stops for photographic opportunities, restroom stop, and a chance to purchase artwork from local Native artists. Possible stops include visiting a working farm and/or weaving demonstration, only if resident is at their canyon home.

Unfortunately, because of the insane monsoons and flooding, we were unable to do the jeep tour while in the Navajo Nation. Even though we are being refunded for the missed tour, the guide was nice enough to come to our hotel and give us great suggestions with a map for driving the overlooks and even offer a discount on a future tour. Canyon de Chelly is stunning and we hope to be back in Arizona some time in the future so we can see it from the inside! We’ll definitely go with Beauty Way Jeep Tours.

This open-air Jeep tour through Canyon de Chelly was the highlight of our trip. Leander was our guide. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of ancient and modern Canyon life. We were able to view petroglyphs, pictographs, ancient ruins, along with family and friends residences.

Best adventure! We have been on a 17 day trip and this was day 16. We decided yesterday while in Farmington, NM to book a canyon tour. I texted Leander yesterday afternoon and even though he was on a tour he texted very quickly. We were hoping for a 3 hr tour, and he was very accommodating. There was a chance of a monsoon today so we agreed to meet today at 1:30 and if the weather was decent we would go. He didn’t ask for money or a deposit. We met him at the visitor center and we were introduced to our guide, TJ! Weather looked great but it had rained yesterday and stormed last nite with more rain this morning. There was lots of running water coming out of the canyon which made for an adventurous ride. The jeep had no issues crossing the running washes and TJ was an expert driver. Words can’t describe what an amazing and awesome tour we had! TJ was very knowledgeable with many personal stories. If you’re looking for a tour this is the one! Even offered a cash discount. It really is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ tour. Thanks to TJ and Leander.
