Did you know Denver was founded over a barrel of whiskey? On this 3 hour Colorado Whiskey tour you will learn about Whiskies and their role in the founding of the city. On this walking tour you will visit Denver's oldest Irish Pub, a modern day saloon, and a local Denver distillery. Along the way you will sample different whiskies, learn how high altitude distilling is different than anywhere else and learn some light local history. My wife and I would highly recommend this tour. We live close to downtown Denver, but learned so much more about the City's history and about distilling whiskey! Will was an excellent host and we had the entire tour to ourselves.

Highly recommend!!!! Go and do this tour. This was our second tour with Denver Local and it was awesome! Will was amazing. He was accommodating to our tour and treated us right. We learned so much neat stuff about Denver- Will was so knowledgeable and made it fun. The variety of whiskeys we tried was amazing too- Will knew so much about that too. It is really cool to see the partnership they have with some of these small businesses- you'll want to visit again.

My group of four out of towners were looking for a good way to experience Denver in a fun way on a tight schedule. Well Will’s Whiskey and History Tour was it for us. We had an amazing time and couldn’t be more pleased. Our Guide Will and his attention to detail, knowledge of Denver and hospitality to travelers made this tour extremely enjoyable and educational. Will took care of everything. What a better way to learn about a new City and tastes of Bourbon than with drink in hand…
