Alex did a great job walking us through the history and continuing evolvement happening in SOHO, Little Italy and Chinatown. He combined historical facts with his own personal POV on life in NYC today. Immediately after the tour we walked back to get our $5 worth of dumplings -- as him about the dumpling lady -- and returned the next day for lunch in Little Italy, and topped it off with a Cronut at Ansel Bakery in SOHO.

There were so many but I think to be shown an incredible dumpling restaurant that would otherwise be disregarded was priceless. Elle was so warm and enthusiastic which made each detail of NYC so interesting!
