Local company cancelled tour about 1:10 before tour. Said their employee was sick and in the hospital Offered a tour the next day, but we were leaving town. Offered refund and accepted. Stated we would receive email regarding refund. We scrambled to make new plans and did so. Tour company called back 30 minutes before origibal tour time and said they found someone to do the tour. Told them we made other plans. Again offered refund and we accepted. We have yet to see an email or refund. Filed inquiry with Viator. Avoid Top Dog Tours in NYC.

Jordan was friendly and energetic. He was at the pickup site early and easy to find.He was very knowledgeable about where to find special treats. I recommend this tour. Be sure to come hungry. Stopped often so was not strenuous but wear comfortable shoes. I recommend this tour .

Great walking tour of the 3 neighborhoods. You got a good sense of the history of the settlements. You see many of the people that live and work there. Renata was quite knowledgeable about the area. Fun walk!
