We are very sorry to hear about the inconvenience that you went through. If a call does not get answered by our staff it then goes into our answering service to be answered with a live person 24 hours a day. It sounds as if you werenāt calling our main number. Please let us know the number you dialed and where it was posted to be sure we get this corrected.
In addition the rain has been very intermittent, and the staff has to make constant last minute decisions to try to get everyone out the best they can. They must also keep safety as their top priority, and sometimes although it is sunny out we are unable to take the boat out due to lighting activity that is shown within so many miles on our storm detecting equipment.
Our staff are told to notify customers waiting in the designated waiting area when the storm is cancelled, and we feel terrible that somehow you were missed. We will definitely talk to the staff, and remind them to try to make sure they go to all areas on the property if itās possible and safe to do so to make sure everyone is covered.
