It was quick check in and check out which is very well organized. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. They even give suggestions to where to go. The car is in good condition and there’s no issue driving while driving it. This is a very good option if you want to explore Denali on your pace. This tour is highly recommended 👍👍

The jeep was fun to drive and allowed us to see a lot more than would have been possible since we arrive by train and didn’t have a car. The drive down Denali highway outside of Cantwell was so beautiful. We were having such a nice time, we extended or rental to 6 hours so we didn’t have to rush back. The staff were friendly, helpful and even gave us a ride back to our hotel.

The self guided jeep tour was ok. Nothing to do with the jeep rental company at all, but the park ranger was rude as all get out to the 20 cars parked on the side of the road, that were excited to finally see a moose. We may have had higher expectations than we should have of seeing wildlife. Maybe you see more if you take the bus further into the park. The 14 miles you're allowed to drive in a self guided tour, there's little chance of seeing bears or caribou I think. But the jeep company staff were very nice and the vehicle was in good shape.
