Staff was efficient, kind and smiling. It was nice they had a map to show the springs and explained the estimated times to each. Store has unique souvenirs too.

We had a great time today renting Kyaks and swim gear gear from Paddles. The check-in process was easy and they were very helpful and friendly. Evan, down at the water was very accommodating and very helpful as well. 👍👍👍highly recommend!!! We saw a ton on manatees as well so it was a super day all the way around and highly recommend this company!!
