4-Hour St. Pete Pier to Egmont Key Tour

Overview

From the Pier to Paradise. You’ll sail by the beautiful shorelines of St. Pete, pass under the stunning Sunshine Skyway bridge and perhaps see a dolphin or two! This is the only charter offering service from downtown St. Petersburg traveling to Egmont Key and passing under the Sunshine Skyway.

You will have 2 hours on Egmont Key to explore the pristine beaches, historic lighthouse, ruins of Ft. Dade, and the amazing wildlife before your return trip. Please note you will have to step into shallow water when going on the island.

Unlike all other boat services to Egmont Key, The Pelican St Pete will stay with you on the island - bathrooms and a bit of shade if needed, available the entire time.

I was lucky enough to see The Pelican in person at the dock in downtown St. Petersburg and at Egmont Key. For many residents as well as travelers, being able to see Egmont Key (one of the best beaches in the country) has been a tough task. The ability to go from a central location downtown to Egmont is a great option. For my family, how we get to Egmont Key matters just as much as the final destination. In most cases the adventure or day starts when you hit the beach or Egmont Key but with The Pelican, the adventure starts when you walk on board. The Pelican offers the best of both worlds in my opinion. The interior is all new beach luxury while offering the best views that the bay has to offer. The exterior also has seating and offers incredible views from one of the many deck spaces.
