Our reservation was messed up āwas blamed on the booking company adrenalineā and the manager ultimately made no effort to make it right, she seemed offended that we did not Book it directly with her. We Showed up at 12:45 for our 2:00pm zipline after receiving a phone call from the manger saying we were late for check in. We then raced there to figure out what was going on. We found the call to be strange since our check In time clearly Said 1:30 for a 2:00pm tour in black and white. We ultimately had to wait until 3:00 to go out after rushing there when we had confirmation that our tour was for 2:00pm as stated in our reservation that I showed her on my cell phone upon arrival. After listening to her complaints about the adrenaline booking service and filing out our paperwork She then asked us to go wait in the lobby for our turn āa bench outside under a carportā where we sat for hours. A little After our scheduled and confirmed 2pm time came and went we notice all the staff on lunch break and asked about when we were going out and only then did she tell us there was no 2:00pm tours and we would have to wait until 3:00pm for the next run. It felt like we were being messed with intentionally for booking with a service instead of her. If I would have been told it was over a two hour wait I would have gladly done something else and came back rather then sit and stare for hours. The property was nice but the zip lines were not worth a two hour wait and a half day of exspensive Maui vacation time all together for a 1.5 hour tour. Our tour guides were cool and were a definite upgrade in service from the desks poor service and poor communication we received from the manager. If not for the guides this would be a one star review rather then two. Another note is the harnesses and equipment we were strapped into stunk like b/o so bad I had to wash my coat twice to get the urine like sweat smell out when done from the harness. Will pay a little more elsewhere on our next visit to Maui. An apology, discount, or the simple courtesy of clear communication would have gone a long way to a better review. My advise to them is if you hate your booking services so much donāt use them rather then taking it out on the clients that donāt know any better.
