Weight restrictions: 50 lbs. but no more than 250 lbs.Customers are weighed on site. If you are outside the limits there is NO Refund.
Guests should be prepared for some light physical activity.
Customers with serious neck, back, joint injuries, or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in this activity.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, should not participate in this tour.
Not recommended/ permitted for pregnant women.
There is no smoking, alcohol, or drug use permitted at any time prior to, or throughout, the zip line runs.
Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs and walk a short distance over uneven terrain.
Must have closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO Teva’s, Keene’s, Crocs, Skeletoes or Sketcher Shapers allowed on the course.

Guides required to regularly wash hands
COVID-19 PROCEDURES: Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized between each tour. Please fill out your waiver online in advance! one waiver per participant. Masks are required in our office and during equipment set up. If you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms, please do not come to participate.

Had an amazing time today at the Jungle Zipline Eco Adventure! Excellent service by our expert guides, Nikki and Ryan. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the environment and kept us safe during the whole experience. Also, GORGEOUS landscape with a jungle canopy. The views can not be beat!! I highly recommend this place to visit.

We went on a family trip to Maui on April 19th and stopped by this zipline tour on the road to Hana. We were running a little late but the staff was very accommodating and got everyone suited up quickly and onto the lines. We went as a family and the lines were good for the grandparents and kids as young as 8. Overall trip took about an hour and was a fun way to spend a part of the afternoon. Would definitely recommend as an add on to people taking the road to hana.
