Bison, Elk, and Bears oh my😃 Headed into Yellowstone today on a 12 hour guided tour. Bob, our tour guide from Cody Wyoming Adventures, picked us up from the hotel at 7:00am this morning. We entered the park through the eastern corridor and headed up to the north loop. I knew we would see elk and bison but was really hoping the kids would get a chance to see a bear. That ended up and understatement, as we saw a grizzly only 15 minutes into the park. Throughout the remainder of the day we saw a total of nine bears, tons of bison, an elk mother with calves walking right past the car, prohorn antilope, and many more. Probably the biggest blessing was having a sow and her 2 cubs walking 30yds from us. Cody Wyoming Adventures provided us with fantastic nerration of the park and a great picnic lunch. Bob always made sure we were comfortable and able to see everything we wanted. We spent some time touring the mud volcano, mammoth springs, and several other awesome scenic adventures. Leaving the park we were lucky to see 1 last bear(making today our guides personal best for bears in 1 tour) and 2 bull elk( a 4x5 and 5x5)! What an amazing day. The kids were truly in awe with all the wildlife we were able to see Thanks Bob for a spectacular day!
