I can’t recommend this place enough !!! Truly - if there is one thing you do in Maui book this . I went with my 10 year old son. Our guides were Justin and Kyle and our driver was Pate - they were all amazing . They made a really cool experience out of this world fun! Justin really took great care of my son and went out of his way to make it special for us . It is beyond gorgeous views and the guides are a wealth of knowledge about local culture and the island ecosystem. The zip lines are long and a blast - WELL worth the money . You don’t want it to end! We have ziplined several times before and there is no comparison to this place - incredibly safe and well run. The staff is so friendly and helpful - the women at the front desk was so welcoming and energetic that we had a great time before we even started . The owners should be very proud of the team they have. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thank you all ! Happy Holidays !

Had fun time zip-lining on Maui for the first time. We had Jasmine and Kyle as our guides, and they were both great - attentive and friendly as can be, eager to help every step of the way. Ziplines themselves are excellent - well arranged over a beautiful terrain, and long enough. We also ziplined in Kauai before many times, and enjoyed it as well. All of them are pretty safe, but Kapalua Ziplines clearly tries to go a step above. Specifically, the equipment is pretty restrictive for the rider - one is basically immobilized by the harness in a seating position, with minimal degree of freedom while in motion. While this is more comfortable for many people, it may not as thrilling as in a more open harness that other companies use. Still - plenty of fun. A minor nit-pick: The ride in an old van to get to your first zipline is rather long and pretty jarring. This however is typical and inevitable for this activity, in our experience.

I love thrill rides, so I was hoping that I would enjoy zip lining. I thought it would be a great way to experience part of Maui. I really liked the unique braking system Kapalua has, because I have a bad knee, and liked the additional safety aspect of their brake. I also loved the tandem lines, so my friend and I could ride the lines at the same time. Throughout the entire trip, our guides made sure we safe. Whether it was securing us in the Jeeps used to traverse rugged terrain, or attaching a safety line to our harnesses as we climbed up a ladder to the upper level to start the course. What an amazing experience! Each line passes by so quickly. The scenery is lush and the guides were knowledgeable about what we were looking at. I never took a pic or video, so I was happy to see that our guides not only took a video of our course that day, but also a pic of each duo taking off from each platform. Then, they can photoshop the pics into the video, so you can purchase a keepsake. My only regret is that I only captured Justin and Jerry’s names, so the other guide, who traveled with us that day & made the trip so special - is a mystery. If you have a chance to do this, do not hesitate.
