PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY (VIATOR AND NYC Skyline Tour) AT ALL COST!!. We booked our cruise with NYC Skyline Tours through Viator July 14, The cruise was scheduled for July 17. The reviews were terrible but we decided to give the cruise line a chance but the outcome was terrible and exactly as the reviews stated. When we got to the arrival area there was a lot of confusion about when the Yacht would arrive. The worker there told everyone that the last boat already left and that was the last one for the day. I showed her a text msge from the company the same day reminding us of our cruise so there was no way it would be cancelled. After waiting for 30 min the yacht never showed up. There was never any notice of the cancellation. We wasted so much time and money. We even wasted money and time looking for parking. PLEASE AVOID THIS CRUISE LINE AT ALL COST!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I read the reviews and was skeptical but wanted to give them a chance but the outcome was exactly as these reviews stated. We booked our cruise July 14 and I kept getting notifications on my phone that the upcoming tour was arriving and to be there early etc. The day of the cruise we got there early and noticed there was alot of people confused about the time tour. The person working with the cruise line told everyone that the cruise was cancelled. I asked why nobody got a notification regarding the cancellation, the worker kept saying she doesn't know and all she knew was there was no cruise tour for the rest of the day. When we checked the website there was a cancellation on the day of the tour however when they updated the cancellation the company never contacted anyone regarding the situation. I even got a text message from Viator ON THE SAME DAY of the cruise telling us to be there early. We wasted so much time and money. Never book with viator or NYC Skyline Tour again.
