I would absolutely NOT recommend this "cruise"! This tour was supposed to leave out of Pier 36 and that is all of the information that was provided. No boat name, no tour group name, not even a pic of the boat! Nada! There were four boats along Pier 36 and i had to stop at each to figure out which one was ours. After a process of elimination, finally assumed it was the jankiest boat there, but no one could actually confirm. This one was also the most uncomfortably crowded boat I've ever seen. have you ever seen those pics of trains in india where people are hanging off the sides? Well thats what this "yacht" looked like. in the end, we decided to cut our losses and skip this covid party. super disappointed in the whole experience and will never have confidence in booking another Viator tour.

When me and my mom arrived there, The lady w laptop asked for our last name. Our last name was not in the computer. When we showed her our ticket, she said that it’s no longer available and that we can come back tomorrow. We can’t come back cause we are e working now. She asked us to leave the line. We had no choice but to leave.
