They did an amazing job. They took care of everything, from the tour to the hotels to most of the meals. Our tour guide Madison was wonderful. Definitely worth it to let them handle all the details.

We took the mighty five from Salt Lake City and the parks are so beautiful. Southwest was the best tour company to work with. They made it easy with payment on line and the app which detailed each day of the trip. I had a lot of questions before hand and Jason and staff were very responsive. We had the very best tour guide Kirk. He wasso knowledgeable and knew the area so well. It added to the enjoyment. The hotels were really great so kudos to Jason for picking those. We are senior citizens and I hurt my foot right before the trip but Kirk was able to provide alternatives for me. Our group had all age groups and spanned both experienced hikers and those who wanted less trails. The van held 14 people and the small group was very enjoyable and we won't go back to the large tour buses again. The van also had USB cables to recharge our electronics. Most of the time we had no cell signals but it was very helpful. We definitely will use Southwest Adventure Tours again.

The Mighty 5 tour in September 2019 was absolutely fantastic! I knew it was going to be a great trip even before I left home, but it was so much more than I ever expected. In large part, Madison made that so. She was fantastic at getting us from A to B, describing where we were going, what we were to see, feeding us fantastic meals, making sure we were comfortable. She is a gem and we all thought the same of her. You are very lucky to have her on your staff.
