I chose the Ground Zero Walking Tour along with the 9/11 Museum Visit. I chose the time of 3:00 to start the tour.Bad decision
The person who lead the Ground Zero walking tour did show up on time, as indicated. However, he was so detailed that when we got to the Museum tour, the last guided tour had already started and they would not let us join the last tour. We walked around without details of what we were looking at. That was very disappointing. I know your company had no control of this situation, however, I thought you should know and perhaps have the museum eliminate the Optional Museum tour, or explain, there may not be a guide available at that time.

I'm sure the tour itself is very good but we didn't get to go on it!? We arrived ok we were about 1 min late but the tour guide didn't even acknowledge us, we stood there for about 5 to 10 mins while he talked about the bell at the church to others then walked off so we just abandoned the idea and did our own thing! Shame but we felt we were ignored because we were a minute late.

Derek was our guide, who provided transistors/earbuds to hear his narration during the tour. Excellent!
