Hearing the voices, seeing the photos... Loved the rescue dog photos. Humbling experience. Would have enjoyed more documentary on the series of events and survivor stories

Incredibly moving experience at the 9/11 memorial. To see all of the artifacts in person and to read/hear so many personal stories, is just incredibly sad. The grounds and museum were perfectly designed in a way to honor all of those that lost their lives that day and beyond.

I bought tickets ahead of time and we still had to wait in a very long line in the freezing cold and rain. There were so many people that it was hard to get a chance to read the information. The viewing of the 9/11 memorial pools was more meaningful. I really hope that the profit of this museum is going towards the families of the victims.
