The staff at the museum were extremely rude and pushy. The museum itself would probably alright for a quick visit if it wasn’t over crowded and you could read and see things properly. Tickets are over priced for what it is. To be honest I wouldnt waste time in NYC and make it a must do thing, seeing the fountain memorials is just as good.

The 9/11 museum is a powerful experience for those of us who lived during that time. Our teens were mildly interested and then got bored. It is very spread out but don’t miss the actual gallery of historical artifacts. It is tucked in the middle behind another set of doors. Beware- if you change your date or time on you original viator ticket, it will show invalid and they will have to take you to the front desk to fix it. Be prepared to show your confirmation.
