Glad I went and was very informative. We had a free walk around glancing at all the memorabilia of that day's events.

Myself and my husband visited the museum recently and both agreed that it is definitely worth a visit. Lots of exhibits, interactive displays, audio clips and information to read throughout. We spent 2 and a half hours here and could have spent much longer. The whole experience really tells the story well of the fatal day and repercussions afterwards. I literally had goose bumps looking at some of the artefacts and reading the information. Even though the place was busy, you could barely hear a pin drop throughout. The fact that it is built on top of the old towers, with some of the original parts still in position made it more of an experience. If visiting NYC this is definitely a must, I have learnt so much ❤️

This museum is very moving in its presentation of a horrific day in our history. Designed with care and respect for all involved in that day.
