A bit overwhelming with so much information being offered and too many people being allowed in at once.

We never got into the exhibit we had previously purchased tickets for 12 noon for 7 people. We were there and were told to wait inline at 1 we still had 50 mins to get in which I think is ridiculous. There is no reason to pre buy to wait in a line that long .We had tickets at radio city for 4pm so buy the time we evan reached the door we didn't have time to go threw so we had to leave to make it to are other show 4hrs between shows should have been plenty of time for both shows if it was better organized. Myself and family were very disappointed because we were really looking forward to experiencing they exhibit.

Went with my grandchildren and wanted them to know the history of 911. It was such a tragedy, we learned so much at the 9/11 memorial museum.
