We were not let in, even though we had bought our tickets weeks prior. Or tickets were for 330 and we got there at 410 and we're told very unkind that we will not be let in. No where in the ticket or emails did it say we wouldn't be allowed in if we were late.

Get your tickets with Viator because they sell out quick. Even if you have tickets and a time does not mean anything you still get in line. The lines go quick
