Viewing the memorial prior to entering the museum really takes your breath away. And to then connect with the people who were lost, who survived, who came running to help, it’s an amazing and important experience that everyone who can, should.

Should get their at least 15 minutes earlier than entrance time because there is a long line to get into the museum. (10am) Be sure to have proof of vaccine and ID ready to be checked.

All along, the purchase of these tickets was purported to be for the “guided tour.” The tickets were, in fact, for admission to the museum only. The guided tour was an additional $20/person. It’s a good thing that some tour openings were available when we got there. Was this my error? The tour box office told me that they have frequently run into this issue with people who purchase tickets through Viator.
