If you think you are ordering the guided museum tour, you are not!! It was disappointing to get there and not be in the 10:30 tour! The only way you can be in the guided museum tour is to order it directly from the museums website!! Your website is very misleading and I will never order from you again. I plan on returning to New York in December with my husband to take him to the museum and will make sure that I order tickets directly from the museum. I’m not the only one this has happened to, as the museum told me this happens often with other people!

Saw some things I hadn’t seen on my first visit. Very moving!! Didn’t know the outside area surrounding the pools closed at 5pm though so we were unable to spend time there after our museum time of 2pm

Almost overwhelming. Count on spending at least an hour and a half, maybe longer. Pictures are authorized in some areas, but not others. Offers military and senior discounts.
