This was an incredible and emotional experience. My husband is a retired firefighter and this was something he had been wanting to see for awhile and it was definitely worth the wait. I was blown away by the amount of material and dedications in the museum. It’s a must see.

This was the top of my list to go to obs recent trip toNYC and boy was I glad I did. Having seen the tragedy unfold on the TV in the UK it was a must see for me. The 2 memorial sites have been done so thoughtfully and with so much respect. The scale of what must have happened here hits you whilst looking at the names with flags and flowers on them. The museum is huge and is situated underground where the towers once stood. The memorabilia inside is amazing and it really hits home what happened that day. From fire engines and ambulances that were crushed to the missing posters that were retrieved from the city this trip us a must see.

Very somber and moving. Just being there brought back a flood of emotions! It’s the saddest thing I’ve ever done. But the museum was absolutely amazing. Thank you for doing this!
