The scope of experience is overwhelming. To live thru 9/11 from CT and now see in museum is living history.

The memorial is a testament to those we honor and the space is appropriate to the events of that day. It is unlike anything we have seen. Our Saturday visit was crowded so plan on 2+ hours on the weekend to see all of it. One quick note, two areas were closed as they exhibited strong material that given the recent anniversary may have been tough to see and hear.

My kids wanted to know about what happened 20years ago and this was the best trip for them to know and understand. It was heartbreaking as it was just last year that happened. I could come back,it has a lot to see and learn. I disnt get to see all as I wanted to.
