I think the beam where the plane hit and the fire truck along with the thousands of pictures of loved ones lost were the most emotional to me. My heart continues to break for the families who lost precious loved ones.

The reality of 911 after seeing all of the victims faces on the walls. Learning that there were several dogs used in the search for victims.

One of the most incredible museums I’ve ever been to. It’s hard to put into words how I feel about this museum. It has been so beautifully put together and such a tasteful tribute to those who lost their lives. Definitely allow a good few hours here, we arrived at 12 but had to leave by 3.30 due to another commitment thinking that would be plenty of time but we ended up rushing through the last part which was a real shame.
