Went with our teenage kids ( 17 and 14 ) and spent over 3 hours in the museum and could have spent longer. It’s well set out, and downloaded the app for the self guided tour which was great - narrated by Robert De Niro 9/11 was an important moment in time and this museum is a good summary of the day and subsequent history Well worth a visit

We did a guided tour experience that included the museum and observatory. It’s quite expensive. It was very informative, and moving to hear the guide tell of his experiences in NYC that day. Very worthwhile. The museum is well done, it’s somewhat confusing, probably intentionally, but very moving. It’s particularly emotional using the iPads to learn more about some of the people who were killed that day.
