A moving tribute to the many people who lost their lives. An extremely well presented memorial. Very humbling experience

This is a must see for every American. This is one of most important events happened in modern American history. Of all 911 related memorials I've visited in the United States, this place has the most complete and comprehensive recount of the event. The main exhibits are all in the basement underneath the ground where you entered. Since it's one of most popular sites in NYC, making an online reservation for a timed entry is highly recommended. Once you enter, there is no limit as to how long you can stay. Weekday is generally a bit less crowded than weekends. On weekends, it's so crowded which kills the visit experience to some extend where too many people jammed into the special exhibition section of the museum, which made it nearly impossible to see the displays. Felt like entering a busy bazaar or market, when this place supposed to be hallowed and solemn. Unfortunately, the museum did not monitor traffic flow of people entering and exiting the special exhibition section. Great exhibits itself receives at 5 out of 5. The team running this place got 2 out of 5 with its ineffective traffic flow management. Net/net: 4 out of 5 total rating.

Very moving and inspirational and so terribly sad. Done very tastefully and in respectful memory of all who lost their lives that terrible day. Brought tears - may we never forget!
